Not much has gone according to plan since I posted here last. As a result, I've been keeping a low profile online. And I'll continue to do so for a while.
Maybe I'll use this forced interruption as an opportunity to begin doing many things differently this year. Beginning to do something differently can start as a whisper, after all.

The important thing is to begin.

And to simply be, sometimes.
I've been slowly beginning to work on my muslin rags. Letting them tell me what they want to be.

Very wise sentiment Angela! I found out only too well last year during my period of depression that no matter how much you may think or plan on doing something, that unless you actually take that first step and begin......nothing will happen other than you feel more bogged down.

I'm sorry your computer has been hacked into...I think mine has been compromised as well, as I've had nothing but problems for the past three weeks.

Beginning to do something different can start as a whisper ... I love that. So true. Sometimes I can't work out what I want because the inner me whispers so softly ... inviting me to stop and listen if only I remember to do so!

Cloth is a beautiful beginning... tactile...to be able to run your fingers across the stitching, to feel with weight of the cloth, the drape, the folds. it's good for the soul.
